Planet Fitness has chosen Itec to upgrade its office automation equipment, streamline its telecommunications system, and install generators at its 11 branches in Gauteng and the Western Cape. The result is a single service level agreement that has given the group one point of contact across three critical business areas. "Our relationship with Itec North began several years ago when the company provided us with copiers,” says David Carney, group procurement manager at Planet Fitness.

"Over time, the ongoing exceptional service we have received has resulted in a strategic partnership between our two companies. We receive at least three calls a week from office automation suppliers, but we would never move our business.”
