Printer company Itec is introducing a new mobility strategy that will affect about 450 of its workforce. "For us it’s about managing the mobile sales force and technicians so they can respond faster and add value to our customers," says Ryan Miles, chief operating officer of Itec Distribution.
"We have a mobile solution actively working in the field and we are integrating it into the ERP, call centre and CRM systems. That gives us an incredible value-add for our customers."
