There are two things to remember when the economy shrinks. The first is that, like the good times, bad times don't last forever. An upturn will come and you have to be ready to take advantage of it.
So, don’t make any decisions now that will prevent you from having the skills and the capacity to exploit any turn for the better.
But, the second thing to remember is that now is the time to be making decisions. A business needs leadership - and bold decisions - more than ever in hard times.
