Business Report: Itec and Tiyende sign joint venture

Itec South Africa, a supplier of information technology products, has entered into a partnership with black-owned service provider Tiyende Telecommunications to form Itec Telecoms. Itec Telecoms would provide a comprehensive mix of services such as voice and data to the local corporate market.
