Itec Holdings has concluded a broad based empowerment deal with ikamva labantu. The deal sees ikamva labantu holding 50.1% of Itec Holdings.
ikamva labantu is a self-reliant and sustainable community based organisation facilitating positive social change. Its mission is to build the capacity of affiliated community based organisations to achieve effective and efficient delivery of its four core services, including primary health interventions, education & skills development, food security and enterprise development.
